Transfer and rental service with driver

 

The customers who choose the transfer and rental service with driver must:

• Always comunicate us the exact arrival time as indicated on your air ticket.
• Always advice us about possible delays of the flight at least 2 hours before, or anyway before leaving.

General Conditions :

• Our service after 10.30 p.m. until 6.00 a.m. Will be increased of  € 15,00;
• Baby's seats, when it is required, in our vehicles is always considered as an occupied seat;
• Excursions have to be booked at least 3 days before;
• The minimum number of persons for oraganize an excursion is 4;
• The time of the excursion is to be considered from the departure time. For every extra hour there will be an addition of 10% on the total amount of the service;
• The customer will have to pay for the possible driver board and lodging.

Car rental without driver

It includes:
All our prices include unlimited distance in kilometres, CDW, TLW, and airport charges.

It doesn't include:
Our prices do not include the Road Tax, the CDW and TLW franchises, the trip for the delivery of the car, the fuel, the fines, the damages to the lower part of the car, to the internal  tapestry, to the windscreen, or to the damages due to the failure to comply with the rules of the road by the driver. Moreover the customer will be charged in case of loss of the number plate, of the documents and/or of the keys of the rented car .

 

Minimum age:
To rent B/C category cars, the driver must be at least 23 years old, and he must not be over 75 years old. For  M/G  category cars the driver must be at least 25 years old, and he must not be over 75 years old.

 

Driving licence:
The driver will have to show a valid driving licence issued at least for two years.

 

Payment:
For the renting of a car a credit card is required (we accept international credit cards like American Express/Diners/Visa/Mastercard).

 

Deposit:
For the renting of a car a caution deposit is required. The amount of this deposit will correspond to the price of the full tank plus the price of the non-deductible  franchise. This deposit will be refunded if the car is delivered intact, without damages, as it was at the taking.

 

Fuel & refuelling service
All cars are given to our customers with full tank. If the car is delivered to us without the full tank, we will charge to the customer an additional expense of  € 10,00 + Iva 20% for the refuelling service plus the cost of the missing fuel.

 

Delay:
The car must be  delivered to us at the exact time indicated in the renting contract signed by the customer. In case of delay the customer will be charged of a supplement.

 

Accessories:
Baby's seats are not avaible in our locations, so they must be asked at the moment of the reservation. An additional expense of € 15,00 + Iva 20% will be charged to the customer at the moment of the renting.

 

Delivering out of location:
Auto Serse also offer the delivering service of  the car in the cities of  Trapani and Palermo, included the "Falcone – Borsellino" airport of  Palermo,  respecting the time indicated in the contract. The customer will be charged of € 30,00 + IVA 20%, that he have to pay at the moment of the redelivering. The service is not avaible in case of delivering out of location for renting of less than 4 days.

 

Alternative driver:
For every alternative driver the cfustomers will be charged of a supplement of € 3,00 + Iva 20% per day, which the customer have to pay  at the moment of the renting. It is forbidden to drive the car to people who are not included in the contract, otherwise, the possible insurances will not be valid, with all the conseguences that could come from it.

 

Oil and maintenance:
Every possible expense for oil will be refound by showing a formal invoice registered in Auto Serse's name. Any other  maintenance expences will not be refound without a previous authorization by our staff.

 

Typology of car:
Auto Serse gives its very best to deliver the kind of car required by the customer, but sometimes it happens that we are not able to guarantee the availability of particular kind of car. If the model required by the customer would not be available, it will be replaced with a model of car of the same typology, or with a superior category car.

 

Fines:
All fines and traffic offences which could occur during the period of the renting will be charged to the customer.

 

Reservation and deposit:
Every reservation have to be followed by the payment of a deposit of about 20% on the total amount of the service required. A possible cancellation have to be made in writing form at least 15 days in advance to have the right to the refound of the whole deposit.
